Unlike third-party agencies, PixelDoor Media operates as part of the NHRES platform and is provided to management clients at no additional cost. Marketing strategy is integrated directly with leasing execution and revenue goals.

ResidentRush Reputation Management

NHRES offers ResidentRush to manage and protect the online reputation of each community across platforms including Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, Apartment Guide, and Facebook.

Reviews are monitored daily, responded to professionally, and escalated to corporate leadership when necessary. Reporting identifies trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
